I have no plans to release a official android port at this time for Chapter four. On the official development timeline I'm sitting on a build that has all the chapters combined into a single game. Your best bet is waiting for that. It will have an official android port. There is no release date for this as of yet.
If android players in the renpy WEG community want a port for what is essentially a discontinued build of the game they're going to have to make it themselves. I haven't seen one as of yet.
