On the desktop version for web I can't seem to get onto the counter? Every time I manage to get onto the chair, I can't get up. I hit click the mouse button but it just sets me back on the floor? Anything I'm doing wrong/recommendations on how to troubleshoot?

I don't think you can get on the counter, if you go upstairs, to the upper right corner. You can lay on the window, a button will appear "get up". I'm guessing it's the same for downstairs. The "get up" is to get off of the cabinet, not to get up on the counter. I hope this makes sense!! <3
