Keep an eye on your menstrual phase. If you're not ovulating and/or in heat, you'll have a hard time getting pregnant. You can also just use a Heat Pill and a Breeding Pill before getting fucked by as many dudes and herms as possible (using a Breeding Pill on your opponent also increases the chances of getting pregnant).

IIRC kicking the guards and medic's asses in fights does the trick. There are specific areas where they spawn a lot
