I think u need to have a high relation level with nel
okay and i do nel is at max 10.9 anything else ive missed
I think just having nel at 10.9 is the only requirement.
okay and when i do go to the time machine the dwaf just say he will let me know when it is ready, unless im meant to have nel take over over my body for it to work i will have a little play around
