don't know why you are getting downvoted, i approve the ideia! I read someone saying that it is not realistic and it is just "fetish", i mean, yes? isn't the game filled with fetishes and kinks?? but i know this could make trans players very happy too!
people want realism in a game that have werewolves, lizard people, hyena men, rat people, witches, orcs, bestiality (💀), s*x with insects, centaur men but yea, the ability to change a private part is a little to much i guess? lmaoo
