I found a bug in the game, I bought 25 lockpicks while I had 4 equipped and then they disappeared out ot the inventory and when I buy again It doesnt show up in the inventory, when I click on the chest is shows that I also dont have any lockpicks

Yeah, lockpicks in inventory are bugged for sure. Had similar issue.
