Just tried the game, wasn't able to start the game after the stat assignment menu, did I miss anything? But I do like the animations in the menus.
The game should auto-start after assigning all 9 stats. I'm unable to replicate the problem you're having on the web build and windows build so I'm not really sure how I can help, sorry :[
