This is happening to me too, when I enter at Emily's room, the interactions with her just don't load the sprites, occurring the bug that just make me can't play anymore, when I try to click in "Retry" nothing happens, and the bug still occurring (sorry if the English have some error, I'm Brazilian)
Not sure about OP's bug but I had the same issue with Emily's tease scene. On Android I use the Low Quality setting as recommended since most scenes turn black but for the hell of it I tried swapping to High Quality before triggering Emily's tease scene just to see if it'd work and it ended up working as intended.
