So I jumped on this event early, clearing all clouded areas and defeating all enemies at ground level , clearing all 30 levels of all 3 dungeons and locating all crystal mines before the end of the 2nd day. Rightfully so, my score was about 25k, putting me comfortably in 1st place for the short and long term ratings. Somehow however, I have fallen completely behind. I’m something like 40th place now. How is everyone else able to claim double my points when the second area isn’t even available yet?

Also, is there a way to clear the clouded areas in between the houses?

The game is designed for cashers. The bigger issue is the cost of boosters. I complained about the last Maze event. It was 300/3000. This time it is 1000/10000. So, if you collected 25K stars you managed to collect 20 boosters or 25 if you opened 1 at a time. You can't even promote Merida past level 50 at that rate, and you have to have her on your team.

If true, that means 120 guys spent a lot of money on one event. Or bots.
I was also gutted when I saw the exchange rate this go around. Brutal.
