Unfortunately not, this is a one off thing.
That said, you can very much download Scribus and consider doing something similar yourself later down the line if you have the chance. The Consumer Softproducts discord server is probably one of the most artistically-minded I’ve ever seen, so I don’t think it’d take much for you to find a good bunch of willing participants.
