Yes, you can have a "harem" of sorts. You can start routes with multiple characters. The only time you're really locked out of anything is when you decide to share a girl with someone or not. Yes, i have the guide, thank you, its just that it never explicitly says if you locked yourself.

So basically, as long as i dont start a sharing route, like the one with adrian or ken, i will be able to start the route of every woman at the same time?

Pretty much. Also note that there are only a few girls that have sharing routes, the rest don't so you can pursue their "quests" without feeling like you'll have to make some kind of choice later down the road.
