I suggest a variant of the story: an adventurer (magician, archer, warrior) gets into a maze in which traps gradually pump her up. or they put eggs in her, she can only give birth to them in a safe place, on the first floor (stage) she manages, then her stomach swells further and further, she can remove stretch marks on her stomach with healing potions, but they gradually end, and you can only get out after passing the stage. as a result, she takes a risk and comes out with a huge belly, but will she have time to give birth or explode - the question is))) There are several variations of the story for different characters and different traps/monsters. she can find healing potions by continuing to stretch her stomach, or the witch can heal herself until she runs out of mana)
