Heres a quick guide (press view rest in order to see the rest)
1: You can grab fallen arrows by pressing the dash key. On the first level with arrows grab the topmost one, then you throw it up to the platform where you can go to the next level. Dash up there, pick the arrow up, and walk through. Then trigger the traps guarding the crown with a arrow
2: Now you have a crown. Throw it onto the pedestal on the next level. This will save the crown for a later level where you'll need it
3: Go as normal until you get to the level with the 4 enemy guys on it. They'll be layered with 2 layers of 1 and a long spike row with 2 of them. Get to the top and break the rightmost falling block BUT NOT THE LEFT. dash downward into the ground under the falling blocks to break it. Then go up, trigger the leftmost falling block, and quickly get under it so it pushes you all the way down until your at the spot you couldn't reach before. Then dash to the right and obtain the ankh
4: Go until you get the crown on a pedestal back, should be the next level. Put the ankh on the pedestal and dash while throwing and picking up the crown to get to the top left corner where you put it into the hole that it's shaped like. Then leaving the ankh on the pedestal keep going.
5: Youll get to another spot with a pedestal. Throw the ankh onto the weird face block and watch it fall down with 2 items. Now you have a choice: Take the diamond and keep going, winning with the diamond, or take the orange dash and use it to go up and solve a puzzle.

7: Complete the orange dash levels, if you get stuck remember you can dash, grap orange mid air, then dash 2 more times without ever touching the ground
8: Boss fight :D To damage him get on top of him, jump off, then grab the debris that falls to the ground. Throw it at him. Do that like 5 times and you get a golden fish.
Those routes are for golden fish and diamond in the same run. I don't wanna explain all berries and diamond and golden fish, but you can figure it out
