To make the whole competition fair and the process of entry and evaluation more formal, as organizers, I form the following rules of assessment:
1.Follow my social media account to verify your identity.
2.Please submit the following information to prove the originality of your work:
(1)Submit the game's system plan / gameplay plan / game character / storyline copywriting, in the format of word-docx/adobe-pdf/excel-xlsx, unlimited length, guarantee original.
(2)Submit game art resources: game UI, character design, scene, mapping, etc., request to submit PSD, AI, and Krita source files.
Supplement: Watermark & Copyright Notice, contestants need to provide a screenshot of the creative process of art resources, such as hand-drawn processes, modeling files, etc.
(3)About the submission of BGM and sound effects, we will review the audio and music files submitted in the game, you need to submit the copyright source and provenance;
(4)About the submission of the development process video and screenshot, we will use this as your true development credentials, and we encourage the submission of a game development video, which will greatly help you win the game because this is a sincere cooperation, if we reach the intention of cooperation, we will continue the second competition cooperation;
(5)Regarding commercial cooperation, if your work is interested in participating in our commercial collaboration, we will sign a copyright cooperation agreement with you, and we continue to follow up the in-depth cooperation;
(6)Organize Online Comparison and Projection: We will launch online voting through the Facebook/discord/Twitter community to rate entries;
(7)Dispute Handling Mechanism: We will set up complaint channels for players to question plagiarism, and ensure that our competition is formal and ultimately verified by an authoritative professional jury.
(8)The results will be announced: We will be based on online voting, game testing experience, and scoring criteria for the final selection of the competition.
