Never leave the content choices up to the supporters. The dev should have a clear idea of what he wants to add. Otherwise you are going to have whomever has the most money asking for crap stuff. Just to clarify, the storyline and characters won't be influenced by money .Only Tier 3 supporters will be able to suggest ideas about scenes they would like to see and I will only chose the ones I like and implement them.
