Try giving the CEO a blowjob at his home and see if they appear.
I think it's most likely because you chose the wrong options during your talks with the CEO. With wrong dialogue choices, you'll be locked out of his content. For now, you can only restart.
The right choices:
• The second meeting with the CEO (after you've done a few of clients' bonding trips), choose the option Be humble about it
• The third meeting with the CEO (after you've done the first sales trip), first choose the option Act hesitant about it, then next choose to Accept his offer
