I'll focus on improving the experience for legit players. In future updates, I plan to add a feature that lets you log into your Itch or Patreon account in-game. Once you log in and verify your purchase, you'll get access to features like cloud saves and automatic updates.
Of course, it's optional. If you don't want to log in, you can just ignore it.
So if we purchase it on Itch.io we'll have access to all future versions without paying again? I have no issue paying to support, but I can't afford to do a monthly thing like Patreon. Most games like this I either play the delayed release free versions or ones that are one time pay but you get the new version slightly behind Patreon members. Is it like that?
