The way to do it changed, you gotta click the red button on the TV when you're alone...I spent 3 hours just going from hallway to living room trying to force it to trigger before I looked it up.
But it no longer gives you the Pervert trait, FYI. To get the Pervert trait now (so you can have sex with Miss Zero), you have to do the Charity Car Wash event three times.
