depending on what kind of phone you have, you can use winlator, it's not the smoothest experience but I got it to work.

if you know your way around a windows computer, it should be fine. just run it at a lower resolution and set the Box64 setting to stability, I got the game to run at a steady ~30FPS on a Galaxy S24 Ultra.
