Oh Totrem sorry I misunderstood your question. The gallery is unlocked by beating security office. You get all those videos in extra from the store game my bad I mixed up the two.
Damn that sucks. Looks like I have a ways to go before Unlocking that. I've been stuck on night 7 the past few hours.
