For those whos getting Missing C++ or XAudio2.7 and game running without sound and etc issues. Try to run and install UEPrereqSetup_x64.exe below the game launching.exe first, it should also install those .dll files and C++ that required for the game automatically .
If it still doesnt work after that and DirectX Repair. SIMPLY MOVE UR GAME TO THE DISK OF WHERE UR SYSTEM IS!!!
This is caused by if you are having multiple systems in all of your disks. For example I was having this issue because I have a backup Windows 7 system in my D disk, but my current running sys Win 10 is in C disk. I figured it out after trying to fix the dang XAudio2.7.dll the game told me that im missing 10000 times and then realize i just have that all the time but it just kept telling me im missing it. Then i wonder, WHAT IF I HAVE IT BUT THE GAME JUST DOESNT KNOW COZ SOMETHING IS ON ITS WAY. So I moved the whole game to my Disk C. And it works
