I just wrote down every bug you found.
Since most of them are low priority, I'll wait to see if any more bugs are discovered before releasing another bug fix.
As for the Sakura Route – that's a bug. You shouldn't need to befriend Sasuke; it should say Sakura instead.
As for the red cross on some dialogue options, it's because they were originally planned but later discontinued. So it's not possible to unlock them. Sorry about that.
