What exactly do you mean? Can players somehow add starting vehicles in the xml or do you mean just buy them? Not trying or being rude I am just simply wondering.
No I mean the player gets to choose what equipment they start off with however much money and buy they’re starting equipment
That is the best ideal all map makers should do this.
