I think Mr.Tomatos just deals more with your game files than Ms. Lemons tends to. I felt like when I played, Mrs. Lemons content was more confined to the game itself while Mr.Tomatos needs to check and create a lot more. It needs to read what Ms. Lemons has for stuff like the High-tech blender. Ms. Lemons does read Mr.Tomatos too though so I don't really know why only one is being flagged.
