If you continue working on this game, I'm not sure I would keep the documentation-checking part. It's a neat feature in its own, but I feel like what this game needs is more focus on the matchmaking aspect, listening to what the various customers want and then giving them the according keys.
Just giving them keys rather them putting them on a list is a good way of turning this into a sort of memory game, where you have to remember what room has what needs (and what room is empty in the first place)
Sex-Scenes with alot of different characters could be very art-intensive. If you ever reach that part, make sure you think about a system that allows for mix & matching various characters and watching them go at it.
