I wrote some extra instructions related to fishing to the description. Try to drag the fish all the way to the left by using the moving bar. Wearing it down to zero stamina prevents it from doing strong sprints to the right. The color of the bar indicates difficulty, red and yellow means difficult. Perch is the easiest fish and it can be caught with small luminescent baits.
