Unless the intention here was to promote repetition and process of elimination, the game is beautiful but bad designed. You have everything in your head but dont know how to make people get it, information MUST be clear and even obious, you must have unknown and unrelated people testing this in a single gameplay, if a person cant survive they will not return to play again, a game must contain REWARDS and not only punishment. Make it easier, if the journey proves to be nice: people will investigate the secrets you have prepared, make the secrets a cherry on top of a playable game, you are almost there
