If you're looking for something with a similar art style, I'd recommend The Censor. The initial story basically has you as a SFW moderator, keeping an eye out for porn pics. Later on you start getting to have sex with some of the locals too.
There's also the Imperial Gatekeeper, which is basically a porn version of indie darling Papers Please: you work at a fantasy customs/immigration office trying to balance not letting criminals get past you with your need to afford the rent; you also unlock the ability to strip, grope and have sex with women as the game progresses.
