Replayed the game, I feel like right at the start, it's too hard to kill the bugs. The progression feels a bit off, too. There's no time to wait, instantly when you defeat all enemies you're tossed into the next section. You go insane too quick as well.
yeah, i can see where you're coming from with the pacing and difficulty scaling. i wanted to give the game a decent amount of difficulty considering its general simplicity, but some breaks from the gameplay loop are something i should've considered. losing sanity fast is definitely a problem too. probably wont update it, but those are good things to think about for my next game. thanks for the feedback!
