Does the black screen appear as soon as you launch the game or after pressing "Search" in the main menu and going through an intro (which is supposed to start the game)?
OpenGL version can give a black screen if you have Windows 11, as it has issues with OpenGL support, that are outside of my control.
Vulkan version can give a black screen if your graphics card is too old to support it.
