Is there something special about encountering Phantump in Petalburg Woods, or am I just getting unreasonably unlucky
Edit: I encountered one immediately after making this comment after not finding one for literal hours I hate my life
lol I had the opposite, I quickly found Phantump but couldn't find a Pumpkinboo for the life of me. UNTIL I gave up looking and wanted a female Bulbasaur and then boom got one.
