just tested on silverrun myself, its producing the woodchip pallets alongside the rest of the products. might possibly be a conflict your end. Try a new save with just the pack enabled, if you have Dev Console enabled, open console window type gsProductionPointSetFillLevel pp press enter it will list the name of all the prodcution points, along with an associated number then type gsProductionPointSetFillLevel 11 wood 14000. 11 would refer to what ever number is associated with the sawmill boosted on your end. activate and increase timescale, monitor output
