Fun game with whimsical art!

I kept looking forward to evolving to see what new stats/ attacks I could get! Loved the chomping chain-neck attack. The push back felt really powerful, and adding the lingering area detection was a nice touch to get rid of clumped enemies!

The different enemies were unique and interesting too! Man, those blue snakes can really take a beating.

Having the day/night and evolution transitions appear as a flash-by text is a great idea that will be going into my notes! Seamless, instead of having screen transitions.

I did experience a weird issue where when night came around, the game started lagging, but the lag alleviates once day arrives. Eventually the lag killed me as there were too many things I could not dodge. Might be an issue with playing on HTML!

Aww, thanks so much for the review! I definitely learned a lot on this project, much of it the hard way xD Now that I have the power to add crazy worm enemies to my games at will it may be a struggle to use it responsibly, haha!

I failed to fix, balance, or even test a lot of things in time, and that definitely did come back to bite me... as it turns out, duct tape and prayers are not always enough to hold a project together xD Robust execution is something you often don't feel until it's not there, and it's something I've always admired your games for! Hopefully with practice I can someday achieve your level of polish :)

Thanks again!
