What is the hole deal with the relationships. like I have 100 relationship with one character and one with 500 what is the deal with that? Plus is it posible for all the charaters to have the 3 vore option

Well some of the characters you need to build relations with to unlock the vore scenes. Most so far only have the options that you can reach from the start. But not every character has all three routes yet.
For the relation meter to go over 100, that is not supposed to happen, though it doesn't have any effect on the game if it does.
