Oh yes, this might be the reason! You are right! I am using 165Hz rapid refresh rate monitor with GTX 1060 6GB, so the framerate was really high... I am glad that we could get an explanation for the disappearence of Mustard. I am only confused now why I wasnt able to interact with the TV controller though in my first run where the Mustard disappeared.
