it looks like a big vote for episodic and you claim it's 50-50 then say "well it doesn't matter we're not doing episodic anyway"
what exactly was the point of this exercise?

to me it seems they were gauging the audience preference to make a decision based on that. a significant portion of the audience did not want episodic release and they also think it will be better released non-episodically. they didn't say the majority vote would determine the outcome and the result seems to be a happy medium to me
