Seems like the PDF is still outdated, when do you think will it be updated?
The PDF might not get updated. Layout and editing costs a fair amount, and I'm unsure when I'll be able to afford a revision. Text changes can result in sizes of boxes changing, which leads to larger issues. I'm trying to work on it, though.
