I'm using OpenRouter and a mix of different models for different girls/languages, I'm not storing any information about the chats in any shape or form, other than the usage, so it's completely private on my side.
About OpenRouter, they specify they do not store any data about requests, and all requests appear to the providers as made by OpenRouter, so it's completely anonymous.
Providers are a gray area, even tho I have the Logging and Model Training disabled, Open Router mentions "Based on our review of the terms of service and other claims made by each provider. Note that until full encryption arrives for LLMs, this cannot be guaranteed." so I'll still be careful with Personal Data.
TLDR; I'm using OpenRouter, it's as private as you can get with LLMs at the moment, as soon as this changes I will make everything in my power to update it because privacy is my #1 concern.

Can I find out a little more about your plans for the chatbot?
- I noticed that after the game is turned off, the chat and its entire history are not saved in any way, can this theoretically be changed in the future?
-Do you plan to expand the capabilities of chatbots in the future? image generation, sound, video ?
I don't deal with AI in general that often, so I was really amused that Rayne sent me a Rickrolling (She's really ancient).
I'm also amazed by Maya's photo, where she holds a piece of paper with the player's name, I didn't expect this, and again, it's wonderful.
Could there be more AI chats in the future? Max?
