Transitioning to the triumphant realization of new gifts and abilities. In regards to the image, I'd say child or character escapes mundane life to go play with creature in the woods whom he has already built rapport with. So this is not a first time meeting but a reunion, as if the mc/player raised the creature since it was a baby. Great job communicating such complicated emotions.
