It's not a walkthrough sort of game, but you're probably just running to the end of the available content, anyway. It's still very much a work in progress.
The game has a short tutorial on day 1 and introduces some more systems as you go. The idea is to build up love/lust/obedience with the ladies and manage the stats. There's nothing much to it beyond that; no puzzles or anything.
