Do this in this order :
1 - Have you deleted the v1.6 app before downloading the v1.7.1? Do so.
2 - Do not tab to another app while the game is downloading
3 - No good result for 1 and 2? Your country probably blocks my game, you need a VPN. (Or your internet is REALLY bad and I advise using a public Wi-Fi anywhere)
