I just downloaded it and when I go through the prompts it goes right to this never starts download
I've just realized your background shows Belle.
Your background should show Elise and Mathilde, you are not downloading the right version.
The version you're trying to download is the v1.6 and isn't available anymore, why not just download the v1.7.1?
Delete this app and install the new one.
