I love the art style and the overall idea of the game! There are a couple things that can be improved tho. The tutorial could be easier to understand, maybe adding a sequence of prompts to guide the player into how the whole process works would be better than a giant wall of text. The last thing I wish would be added is a shift system where every shift you have a quota to meet and you receive money based on the overall performance. Other than that, solid game!
