v3.1.0 Preview 4 is where the file transfer process became available, which we have a Linux build available. I would recommend running Preview 4 on your Linux device first, then copying the transferred files from Linux ($HOME/.config/unity3d/VyletBunni/DELTATRAVELER) to the Windows directory (%userprofile$\AppData\LocalLow\VyletBunni\DELTATRAVELER).
