Hallo! I bought the book a while back and printed it for myself because I wanted it in physical version. Cost me a pretty penny but it was good work! I'm understanding my mistake now that an update has come out, but alas, can't do much about it.
I'm going to test the game tomorrow, but I have a few suggestions already, mainly to support people who want to play the game in a physical format. It's nothing much, but it would help greatly:
- Sell together with the manual some printable standees (or howhever they're called). I mean, you already sell together with the manual the icons for each unit, might as well add that.
- Make the Families and their units 'Printer Friendly'. Some, like Carcass, have a white background, but others, like the Igorri, have a black background. Printing those ones specifically drains my printer. So, yeah, maybe you could put up also a version that's just white background with the rest being completely unchanged.
These are the two main things I'd suggest. I know the game was meant to be played online, but some people just can't, like me, and still want to try it, so I spent a while doing the aforementioned things for myself (well, only the standees, I didn't manage to make the unit pages more printer friendly). I know I'm nobody to suggest these things, it's more work after all, but still, it'd be amazing if you could do that.
Otherwise, for those interested, I have a PDF with the printable standees for Carcass and the Igorri units. 6 Thralls each + all the other units within the limits put by the rules + 6 wall icons + 8 Elevated Terrain Icons + 4 Hazard Icons + a bunch of corpse markers.
You've created something amazing here and I can't wait to try it!
