No, it only happened once, I can't recreate it so i guess it was just a one time thing
Tho I have a question about this:
There was an enemy, I touched it, the battle started and now it's like this
Edit: it looks like it happens when the main character isn't selected in the team for 2 battles in a row. Playing only with the toilet warrior, losing and battleing again does that to the second battle
it happened to me when i touced a random enemy for the first time
-i had the waitress unlocked and active
-had just lost to the toilet demon (on purpose hehe)
