And are items repeatable? Or once I drop one item I have to reroll the dice if I hit it again?

Meaning: Once I drop a sword, if I roll another 3 after finding an item, I have to reroll the dice until I find a new item.

Yes or no?

No. If you have 2 swords and you find a sword it means you have 3 swords now.

But it's not super helpful in combat.

Unless you have 3 arms, of course!

Never thought of having 3 arms... But having multiple amulets pending on my neck has given me a hard back pain!
