I am a little disappointed that you CAN'T choose to not look (with the bum-reporter-looking guy).
If you had missed him (and because games can be reloaded to check what you missed) it would have been a great way to show of how important little things are, and how easy important things are to miss.
Instead it feels like the game is strong-arming you into following the pattern it set, and it takes away the importance and value of the choices in the game.

I do not understand the mc's jelousy (or jelousy in general) but as long as he takes it out on other people and not you, Marcus is kinda sweet.

I don't understand why she'd mind the intensity, but otherwise...
I like the premise of this game.
The mc only have herself to blame (at least in 2/3ds of the relationships), so it -actually- makes sense why she'd want to give it a new try.
Usually I find going back to old relationships utterly pointless.
They failed for a reason, and it will always fail for that reason.
People normally don't change. And you can only change yourself.
But in the mc's case; she IS the cause, and thus can change.
So getting back together with someone might actually work.
(Well, I suspect my favorite guy will still crash and burn the thing to the ground, but I don't know what they argued over, so I can't be sure. If she just stops chickening out that is.)
But if she gets back with them just to not be alone, it's guaranteed to crash and burn regardless.
It's a lousy reason to date someone

The artwork is good, and the writing is excellent.
The emotions are well-written and pulls you in.
I personally think the mc is an idiot, but that is sadly common with romance games and fiction (and people when it comes to romance), so she might just represent the average person well.
It's sad that the demo stops right before you get a chance to see what your chosen path -might- look like. But the story certainly was captivating.
And the hint of darker elements to the story, and the relationships, do make me curious.
But will it be toxic and darker themes in the presence? Or was it just in the past?
I like darker romance stories, so I'm kinda hoping at least the path with Marcus will have darker elements to it.
Is this game on Steam? Or will it be in the future?
(I only ever buy my games there. But this game seemed worth buying. I am curious about the story.)
