Does it show an error? Are you trying on pc or mobile? If on mobile it might just download with without a notification. If you can't find it in your files try using another browser. Chrome, opera, (pc only:) edge, firefox, etc
Well before you do check your downloads folder. Also you could check your browser settings there might be an option set the folder/ask every time. What browser do you use?
