In China, you do need passport to cross provinces and many never get one. I think you're the one who needs to learn.

no I still think you are the one that needs to learn, let me try to lecture you yet again: china is 1 country, out of the almost 200 countries in the world, I have no clue of the passport stastuss in china but if it is about provincies then again a province is not a city now is it? about many never getting one, again I don't know the condition in china but... I'm preeeeettttyyy sure almost always almost everywhere you get a passport in a lifetime, usually less than 20 years, that just sounds absurd, did you learn anything?
